  Female patient 62 years old was referred to our clinic for full mouth rehabilitation.Because of personal issues she wanted to start with the reconstruction of the mandible with 6 Anyridge implants.After radiografical and clinical examination, 6 Anyridge implants were placed in the font area of the mandible due to huge bone loss.Thats the reason why we had to use the octa abutments and finally place a 12 unit screw retained porcelain fused to metal bridge.Nice aethetic result, with respect to the soft tissue. Dr Konstantinos Siormpas, Dr. Maria Saiti, Dr. Apostolis Gkelsinis

  - Using an analog model for provisional restorations is usually done when using different softwares in the planning and restorative parts in the immediate loading protocol. - A fuse abutment has been used in this protocol for a safe immediate loading procedure.  - Attached are pictures with comments describing each step in this protocol using the 360DPS and 3shape Softwares. - One of the main challenges in this case has been using an engaging fuse abutment for the provisional restoration. since we were using a universal kit that no implant placement control (IPC) we have used the manual implant mount to place the Lab Analog into the analog model and marked the flat side on the surgical guide, then used the same implant mount with the the aid that marking on the surgical guide to mark where the flat side of the implant should be and also the correct vertical position marked by the (L) sign on the implant mount. - Provisional Prosthesis has been fabricated by Cairo dental designs Laboratory in Cairo Egypt. - I would like to dedicate a very special thank you to my dear friend and my Partner Dr. Mohamed Zaid from Cairo Dental Designs Laboratory.
