Dr. Twiss graduated in Dentistry in 1978. He works in Kerkrade in private practice in collaboration with Dental Angels. From 1993 to 1996 he worked in the Antwerp Paradontology Practice.
He began to specialize in implantology having placed his first implant in 1993. He has since worked with Straumann and been a reference for that company, running phase III courses since 2000.
Since 1997, Dr Twiss has run a referral practice specializing in implantology. He has experience with Exquise, Simplant with Materialise, Gendex CBCT. Since the beginning of 2012 he has been working with Megagen Implants.
