It is really challenging to get parallelism and primary stability in narrow spaces especially in congenitally missing lower central incisors. This case was performed using Guided protocols for MINI implants from MegaGen using Narrow R2 kit and 3D printed surgical guide. The planning was done in R2Gate software.
