Canines are the corner-stone teeth in the human dentition. It guides our occlusion and enhance the function but is an aesthetic disaster when it is missing. A young lady with missing canines was referred to us by a senior practitioner for a very conservative implant based prosthesis. CBCT revealed labial contour defects. Adhering to the principles of Dual zone grafting and aesthetic principles we could give these implants with high primary stability and aesthetically acceptable crowns and a smile of her choice!
