I had watched a video just right now . I really enjoyed your
best work . However , I need to know more about esthetic tips to achieve right amount of gingiva level . According my knowledge buccal bone lose volume significantly after extraction , after surgical procedure. Also, suturing the gingiva right after extraction lose volume of gingiva. If we consider anatomically maxilla has more potential blood vessels to heal versus of mandible.
Questions
1. Would you use which techniques to measure anatomical volume of alveolar bone before placing the implant ( type of bone , structure of the bone , type of gingiva , )
2. Which materials do you use contouring gingiva ? Gingiva guide materials , tissue guide materials ?
3. Could you tell more about flat to flat connection of implant and knife edge implants ? Please
4. How do you consider stability of implant versus of esthetics ? It’s hard to achive one gaines versus to lose another ? Would mind to explain me more details about it ? Thank you
