piezo bone splitting  bone expander  full mouth   implant placement  ridge  ridge augmentation  Dr.Maxim Baini

I have used the piezo bone splitting, with the bone expanders from Megagen*. No drilling was performed for implant placement, in a way to maintain the maximum of the original ridge with the maximum expansion. A full mouth rehabilitation with implants that was impossible without a horizontal ridge augmentation. _ Dr.Maxim Baini
